Yes, we do accept orders from private individuals, along with parents, carers and childminders - you don’t need to be part of a school or organisation.

Payment & Invoicing
We are able to offer 30-day invoice credit to schools, nurseries, organisations and companies. Simply select the option 'Payment on Invoice' at checkout and an invoice will be generated upon dispatch of goods.

Yes are able to accept cheques and BACS transfer for payment of sales invoices.

This depends on your delivery location and the delivery option chosen at checkout. Orders being delivered to UK mainland addresses are delivered within 3 working days, or on the next working day if Next Day Delivery is selected at checkout.
Yes, Next Day Delivery is available for all stocked items. Orders must be received by by 1.00pm to guarantee delivery on the Next Working Day. We do not dispatch at the weekend or on bank holidays, orders received on these days will be dispatched on the following working day.
We offer Free Delivery on all orders over £25 (excluding VAT) and Direct Delivery items. For orders below £25 standard delivery is charged at £3.99.
Certain items in our range are delivered directly from the supplier/manufacturer. These items are clearly marked as such on the product information page with an advisory delivery time. Delivery charge is included for deliveries to addresses within mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isles of Scilly). Returns and Warranty
Manufacturer warranty is included for most products. Where this is included, the length of the warranty period can be found on the product page.
Over 99% of our orders are received in excellent condition however sometimes goods can be damaged in transit. If you receive goods in a defective condition, please contact our Customer Services team and we will be happy to arrange a replacement.
